Behaviour qualifications and training experience

In addition to the USA ‘clicker training’ teaching qualification I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied (pet) Animal Behaviour from Southampton University, and Kennel Club Accreditation in Companion Dog Training, with NVQ. I have studied dog and wolf behaviour at a wolf research centre in the USA. I also lecture on canine neurology and learning at dog training instructor’s courses at university level. I have trained my own dogs for 45 years in Competitive Obedience, Working Trials, Schutzhund, Gundog work, Agility, Good Citizens, Heelwork to Music and films. I am a Good Citizens judge, and have qualified as a Heelwork to Music judge.

I believe that I am the only person in the Chichester area with this unique combination of official canine behaviour and training qualifications and practical experience.
